Kantar Health is a leading marketing research company in the health field. Their Epsom building, which they have occupied for over 25 years, was in need of re-vamp to reflect their rebrand and change in company direction. We were appointed at an early stage to carry out a workplace analysis and propose a strategy on which Kantar could develop an environment to bring a new purpose to the company. The workspace was planned to achieve maximum density, with the objective of providing a degree of future-proofing for expansion. The focus of the interior design was to create an open plan environment which also allowed for ‘quiet areas’, where employees could switch from a cellular environment to places which allowed for greater privacy.
